BEONDTV+ “2025 Fallidays Media Showcase and Promotion”

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Coastline Partners, Inc. d/b/a BEONDTV, PO Box 3542 Thousand Oaks CA 91359-3542 (“Sponsor”). Disney Destinations, LLC (“Disney”) is not a sponsor, co-sponsor, or administrator of this Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Disney, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, or fulfillment agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on or about September 3, 2025 and ends on or about September 29, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

4. How to Enter

To enter, during the Promotion Period:

  • Download the BEONDTV+ app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Follow the instructions to access the Sweepstakes entry page and complete the required registration form.
  • Participants may enter using any of the entry methods made available as part of the Sweepstakes. Each method of entry will be counted as one (1) entry.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited.

5. Prizes

Grand Prize (1 Winner): A Walt Disney World® Resort vacation package for the winner and up to three (3) guests, including:

  • Roundtrip coach airfare for four (4) between the major gateway airport closest to winner’s residence and Orlando International Airport (flights not guaranteed direct).
  • Roundtrip ground transportation between Orlando International Airport and the Resort.
  • Four (4) nights standard accommodations (one room, up to four persons) at a Walt Disney World® Resort hotel selected by Disney.
  • Up to four (4) 5-Day Walt Disney World® Theme Park Tickets with Park Hopper® option.
  • One (1) Disney Gift Card valued at $300.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $8,783.56. Actual value may vary depending on travel dates and departure city.

Qualifier Prizes (10 Winners): One (1) Disney Gift Card valued at $50 each. Gift cards subject to terms at disneygiftcard.com/terms/us.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Grand Prize and Qualifier Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about September 30, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone and must respond within 48 hours. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

  • Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not expressly stated. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued for prizes valued at $600 or more.
  • No prize substitution or cash redemption permitted, except by Sponsor as necessary.
  • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Disney, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.
  • Disney Entities are not responsible or liable for the administration of the Sweepstakes.

8. Travel Conditions

  • Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary and must complete travel by October 15, 2026, or prize will be forfeited.
  • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
  • Travel subject to availability, restrictions, and blackout dates.
  • Winner and guests must comply with all Resort rules, regulations, and health/safety protocols in effect at the time of travel.

9. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal proceedings will be held exclusively in Orange County, Florida.

10. Winners List

For the names of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: BEONDTV Sweepstakes Winners List, 28914 Roadside Dr., #209, Agoura Hills, CA 91301. Requests must be received by November 30, 2025.
